By accessing or using RoiMeasureX's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

RoiMeasureX provides tracking audit, implementation, and optimization services for businesses. Service specifics are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. User Responsibilities
When you engage our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Grant necessary access to your platforms and websites
- Comply with applicable laws and platform terms
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual Property
Our website content, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of RoiMeasureX. Custom implementations built for you belong to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing is quoted per project. Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise states, invoices are due upon receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
RoiMeasureX provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, conversion improvements). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RoiMeasureX against claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you pay for work completed to date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh, unless a different jurisdiction is required by local consumer protection laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
